I’m an ICF-certified Leadership Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, working with leaders at pivotal moments in their personal and professional journeys.

With 20+ years of experience, I’ve partnered with best-in-class organizations and supported 5,000+ individuals—from students and young professionals to senior leaders and C-suite executives across global, multicultural environments.

My mission is simple: to help people grow into the leaders they define as successful—and leave them better than I found them.

My passion for people development began long before formal coaching. As an HR leader, I designed learning forums, mentored teams, and supported leaders through real-time challenges. I learned early that sustainable growth must be self-driven, immersive, and reflective to truly last.

My approach blends human insight with practical action, helping leaders turn pressure into clarity, intention into impact, and growth into habit.

I hold an MBA from TISS, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from MIT, Pune. Outside work, I value time with my children and find grounding in nurturing my home garden.
